MGRC Statement of Purpose

The Minnesota Governmental Relations Council is a nonprofit corporation formed in 1979 for the purposes set forth in its Articles of Incorporation and its Bylaws.  The purpose of the corporation is to promote and advance the ethical and professional standards of legislative representation.
